Description/Info: Great Opportunity to Earn Extra Income! Lakeshore Mental Health Institute is currently accepting bids to secure a contract for the provision of Cosmetology, Esthetician, and Nail Technician services on-site for our service recipients. Contractor will provide skilled care for patients’ hair, scalp, face, and nails. Care may include cutting and trimming hair, giving shampoos, scalp and facial treatments, shaving and grooming beards, and giving manicures and pedicures. The contractor may also serve as a consultant for grooming classes. Requirements: Contractor must hold a current State of Tennessee Cosmetology/Barber license. Contractor must have knowledge of current Cosmetology Industry standards and operation. Contractor must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Contractor must have the ability to multi-task. Contractor must become a registered vendor with the State of Tennessee. When preparing your bid please bear in mind the contractor must be available to work 7.5 hours per week and that the bid reflects an hourly rate. LMHI will provide a barber chair, wet station, supplies, and clean towels. Please submit your bid and any other relevant information by February 16, 2010.
