Complete Cosmetology CourseComplete Cosmetology Course

This is the primary Cosmetology Course for those who are entering the career to qualify for and obtain initial license as a professional Cosmetologist. It includes training in all phases of the career during the required 1,500 clock hours. This course can be completed in 45 weeks. A schedule of fees listing all costs and budget plans may be obtained by contacting the school. Tuition for the course is $8,995.00 ($9,995.00 effective 1/1/09). This may be paid in full, set up on a payment plan, or with financial aid for those who qualify.

 

Manicuring - Pedicuring Course Manicuring - Pedicuring Course

For the applicant who desires to quality for a Manicurist-Pedicurist License we offer the course consisting of 600 clock hours of training. This course covers all facets of Nail Education from manicures to pedicures to all types of sculptured and artificial nails in both theoretical and practical instruction. This course can be completed in 16 weeks. Tuition for the course is $2,645.00. A schedule of fees listing all costs and budget plans may be obtained by contacting the school.  These fees may be paid in full, set up on a payment plan, or with a student loan for those who qualify. 

 

Esthetician CourseEsthetician (skin care) Course

Tennessee School of Beauty is pleased to offer you a nationally accredited Esthetician program. Students taking the Esthetician course will receive instruction in all facets of skin care and make up artistry, including, but not limited to, numerous kinds of spa facials, hair removal, make-up application, color coordination, facial shapes, conditions of the skin, corrective procedures for problem skin, use of galvanic current machines, body scrubs and polishes, state laws, and opening a day spa. The 750 hour program will be offered Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm. and can be completed in only 20 weeks. Tuition for the course is $7,495.00. This program is offered in January 19, May 18 and September 15, 2009.  A schedule of fees listing all costs and budget plans may be obtained by contacting the school. Instructor Training Course Instructor Training Course

For the licensed Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Nail Tech who desires to qualify for Instructor license we offer the course consisting of 300 clock hours of training. This course includes all theoretical and practical instruction as prescribed by the Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology. The course can be completed in 8 Weeks. Tuition for the course is $3,995.00. A schedule of fees listing all costs and budget plans may be obtained by contacting the school. These fees may be paid in full, set up on a payment plan, or with a student loan for those who qualify. 

 

Graduate CourseGraduate Course

Graduate classes are offered only to alumni who are interested in keeping abreast with fashion changes, new methods and product developments, hair styling trends, and the newest in operational techniques. There is no charge for this service. At times these special classes are offered on a one day schedule, at other times for longer periods. Massage Therapy Course Massage Therapy Course

Due to the popularity and growth of Day Spas, the owners of Tennessee School of Beauty recently opened Tennessee School of Therapeutic Massage to accommodate those students wishing to be able to perform all of the services day spas offer. Students graduating from TSTM receive certification as Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). Transfer Courses

This is for the applicant who graduates High School without the necessary 1500 hours required to take the Cosmetology State Board Exam, or for the applicant who feels his/her prior Cosmetology school was not up to standards. You may take as many hours as you need . A fee schedule based on the number of hours you will be taking will be mailed or upon request.
