Applicants who wish to apply for Grants or Loans are advised to make an appointment to come in for assistance at least four to six weeks in advance of planned starting date. CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED. ACCEPTED APPLICANTS WILL BE ADMITTED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
